My phone is broken, how I have to contact to get a new one or to get it repaired?
The person you have to contact if your phone is broken is in fact the person who sold it to you, who has to take responsibility for any problem your phone may have. We can provide you with technical help to some extend, but in most cases the phone needs to be seem by an expert to be repaired.
